Refund policy
At Scents by Tara, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging where applicable
We will assess the issue and, where required under the Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We do not generally accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if you contact us, we may consider a return on a case-by-case basis. Any approved change-of-mind return must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.
Return postage costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us before returning the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
